Hardware Features
Powerful Function
1. A variety of workflows- TPD, TPR, TPO, TPSR, Pulse Titration, Pretreatment and BET Specific Surface Area
2. Multiple Independent Gassource- In addition to carrier gas and reaction gas, each for independent control and mixes in scale.

Precise Control
1. Flow Control – Using mass flow controller (MFC) software control, the flow is adjustable between 10 to 100sccm and software controls gas coefficient.
2. High Temperature Furnace – The highest temperature is 1000℃, and the stove heating rate can be adjustable from 1℃/min to 30℃/min.
3. Air Refrigeration – Open (shell type) furnace can be quickly cooling and optional refrigerator achieving rapid refrigeration.
4. Optional Cryotrap – The temperature can be rising from -100℃.
5. Temperature Control – Piping, steam generator. stove and TCD temperature can all be controlled by digit.
6. Thermal Conductivity Cell Detector – 4-arm rhenium tungsten TCD has extremely high linear, accuracy, sensitivity and stability.
7. Very small dead volume - Small volume valve and 3 mm pipe can reduce dead volume, thus reduce the deviation of the peak.
Easy Operation
1. Sample Support – U type pipe of large size can be convenient for sample loading and cleaning, and can add powder, rod or shot sample.
2. Sample Loading – Sample tube free of taking down is convenient to load samples.
Safety
1. Heating Pipeline – All the pipeline, valve and liquid carburetor are heated to prevent condensation.
2. Safety – Independent furnace temperature thermal protection, sealing pressure reducing valve, current circuit breaker, fuse, the system design has timely security protection.
Software Feature
1. Visual Display
a. The principle diagram of each process visually displays on the screen, so the status of each valve can be intuitively known.
b. The process of dynamic test shows the state of each valve.
c. Show the value of each detector and sensor and display digital quantity or curve according to the needs.
d. Display the setting parameter value in programming time, convenient to compare with the measured value.
e. Visually display the state of each device, normal operation or alarm state.
2. Program Control
a. The carrier gas and reaction gas in the process of test, and whether to use steam generator can all be controlled by software program.
b.Purging time in test process can be controlled by program.
c. The temperature of the stove can be heating in maximum 30 sections of program and can automatically save programming state. The control module has the function of automatic correction and learning with precision 0.02℃.
d. The temperature of TCD thermal conductivity cell can be programmed control, according to the need to set thermostatic temperature, and can always maintain high precision constant temperature with precision 0.02℃.
e. The constant-current source by numerical control can be programmed output, and can keep high precision constant-current with precision 0.1%.
f. The temperature of steam generator also can be programmed control, choose appropriate temperature according to the evaporation temperature of liquid.
g. The temperature of condensation-preventing system in pipeline and gas path also can be programmed control, make the equipment be in normal use in bad environmental conditions.
3. Data Processing and Report
a. In the process of test, the software can record and display some important parameters. Sampling data will automatically process after the test. It is able to process the measured data into report and can do manual tag.
b. The data can be imported to EXCEL or ORIGIN.
c. Choose mode to print the report.
